Abramovich spoils Moses with N14m wrist watch

The Sun reports the club donated luxury watches to their title-winning stars, and they will not be allowed to report for training late in the forthcoming season.

Super Eagles star, Victor Moses, received a luxury watch worth £30,000 (N13.9 million) from Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich, for assisting the club win the Premier League last season.

Brazil winger Willian literally let the cat out of the bag after he posted pictures on Instagram, and revealed a message from chairman Bruce Buck.
The message read: ”On behalf of Mr Abramovich and also on behalf of the Board of Directors of the club, congratulations on creating history during the 2016/17 season.
”It’s been a campaign to remember. Keep the blue flag flying high.
”Bruce Buck, chairman.”
Moses, 26, appeared 34 times for Chelsea in the English-top flight last season and netted three goals in matches against Burnley, Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur.

BREAKING: Court remands Maina in prison

A Federal High Court, Abuja, has ordered the remand of the embattled former chairman of the Pension Reforms Task Team, Abdulrasheed Maina, in prison custody. Justice Okon Abang granted the remand order following a request by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission after he pleaded not guilty to the 12 counts. The judge consequently adjourned untill October 30 for trial and November 19 for suitability of his application for bail filed before arraignment.    Maina is facing charges of money laundering, operating fictitious bank accounts and fraud.

Cowboy narrowly escapes death as cow goes angry. It was a shocking view recently when a cow in Sokoto decided to show his master how angry he is. The cow picked up the cowboy with his horns and swerved him left right while lots of people watched to their satisfaction without trying to help.
