All the records Cristiano Ronaldo has set in 2017, after Confederations Cup strike completes international set.


The incredible Portuguese was on target for his country in their Confederations Cup clash against Russia, and as usual when he scores, he set a new record.

Ronaldo Is the first player to score in 8 different major International Tournaments.

Whatever the time of year, you can always guarantee that Cristiano Ronaldo will score goals.

Pre-season, post-season, or during the campaign, the incredible Portuguese will pop up to find the net again and again in whatever shirt he happens to have pulled on that day.

And on Wednesday it was Russia who felt the full force of Ronaldo's wrath , with Portugal's star man finding the net with a ninth minute header to open the scoring in the Confederations Cup clash against the hosts in Moscow.

Because he's now found the net in all of the international tournaments he's played in, adding this sole Confederations Cup strike to his goals at four European Championships and three World Cups and the Olympic Games.

That's not the only record he's set in 2017 though. Oh no.

He's now tied with Lionel Messi for the most goals for club and country this year.
